KDE softverska kompilacija 4.6.2 sadrži standardne ispravke grešaka, novi prijevodi određenih dijelova i još nešto manjih dodataka. Takođe kodno ime KDE 4.6.2 je posvećeno GNOME zajednici koje je izdala verziju 3.0 svog grafičkog okruženja. Kodno ime KDE 4.6.2 je Congrats ili na našem jeziku Čestitamo, što i jeste čestitka njihovim najvećim takmičarima u zajednici otvorenog softvera po pitanju grafičkog okruženja.
